Born in Ohio and educated in Colorado, Larry has been a local San Diego resident for 20 years. After rising through the ranks to the position of controller at a local Public Relations firm where Larry was employed for nearly 13 years, he joined the Coffee Ambassador team as controller.
Now just over 5 years later, Larry has become Coffee Ambassador’s General Manager! His favorite part of his new position is being more involved with the account representatives in working toward continued customer satisfaction. “It’s so rewarding to be a more integral part of meeting our customers’ expectations,” says Larry, “and I enjoy continuing to boost morale with the team.”
Throughout his years at Coffee Ambassador, Larry has tried many different coffees, teas, hot chocolates and new drink combinations and has enjoyed them all. However, with the introduction of “Peppermint Cool Tea” from Flavia®, his new favorite beverage creation is the “Chocolate Mint”, a combination of Choco and the Peppermint Tea. Thinking about his favorite beverage, Larry reflects, “I’m so fortunate to be able to be a part of a company that knows how to have fun at the office while bringing fun to offices all across San Diego County!”
“When you love what you do and have a great work environment, it’s easy to balance work and personal time,” says “Soccer Dad” Larry, who has coached his daughter’s soccer team and loves to play softball, and then with a chuckle, Larry quips, “... even though the items on my ‘to do’ list have grown.”
Coffee Ambassador is pleased to have Larry as General Manager and Larry is happy to be playing a more essential role in working to continue the momentum that Coffee Ambassador is currently experiencing.
