I have been your Customer Service specialist for 2 1/2 years, and I love putting a smile on your face.  Helping customers over the phone, online, and when they come to our Café is my opportunity to provide quality service - you deserve every cup to be a wonderful experience. I'm also the creative inspiration behind our monthly company meeting presentations, and outside of Coffee Ambassador, I enjoy watching movies, as well as filming and editing videos of my own.
